Norguard Industries Inc. has been using the services of Rock Solid Computer Services for just over two years now. We started with their services when we had to purchase a new server and at the same time, relocate our company to a new location. The personnel at Rock Solid Computer Services were very helpful and made all necessary arrangements, including working the weekend and getting everything set up for us to run as smoothly as possible.

The personnel at Rock Solid Computer Services were all very helpful when our server has a virus; some employees’ remoting into the office to fix some issues while other employees came directly into the office to work on other issues.

Over the past ten years I, personally, have been utilizing the services of Rock Solid Computer Services while employed with other companies. I am satisfied with their services and would recommend them to other companies if they were looking for a knowledgeable and professional team of IT Technicians. They are a “small” company that work well with each other and share in their knowledge to assist their clientele’s needs.
