Help Desk Coordinator

We are currently looking for a highly organised person to coordinate our IT Team using a Help Desk Ticketing System while confidently providing front line Client Support.  This person will ensure that client issues are prioritised, delegated correctly and addressed in a timely manner. Applicant will work on client issues in addition to coordinating tickets for other IT team members.

Skill Requirements:

  • ability to prioritise like Chuck Norris
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and, in French also an asset
  • solid workstation/laptop diagnosis and repair
  • good understanding of current versions of Windows (7-10), networking, virus and malware removal
  • fundamental understanding of Windows servers in a domain environment
  • fundamental understanding of DNS, e-mail (POP, IMAP, ActiveSync), and web hosting
  • ability to understand client environments quickly
  • 3-5 years I.T. experience
