Daniel at Rock Solid Computer Services has been the most outstanding technician for my computer needs that I have experienced in over 25 years of consulting. It is common in my business of management consulting that computer issues occur suddenly and require immediate resolution or my client relationships will suffer. Often on short notice Daniel provided support and without much effort from me, worked remotely and effectively to resolve the issue with energy, enthusiasm and a sense of genuine client empathy (understanding my pressures). Norguard Industries Inc. has been using the services of Rock Solid Computer Services for just over two years now. We started with their services when we had to purchase a new server and at the same time, relocate our company to a new location. The personnel at Rock Solid Computer Services were very helpful and made all necessary arrangements, including working the weekend and getting everything set up for us to run as smoothly as possible.
The personnel at Rock Solid Computer Services were all very helpful when our server has a virus; some employees’ remoting into the office to fix some issues while other employees came directly into the office to work on other issues.
Over the past ten years I, personally, have been utilizing the services of Rock Solid Computer Services while employed with other companies. Sling-Choker Manufacturing Limited (Sudbury) has been a customer of Rock Solid Computer Services ever since they started their business, a little over ten years ago.

Rock Solid has been the technical support for Lockerby Taxi since 2005. During this time the service has been excellent.
